A Licensed Architect since 2002, Principal Michael J. Siano has extensive experience in the design and construction of numerous projects, from large Institutional & Residential buildings such as Libraries, Firehouses, EMS Stations, Movie-theaters and Multi-family Condo’s and Co-op’s, to smaller Apartment Renovations, Retail Shops, Cafes, Bars / Restaurants, Offices and Hospitality projects. Michael is a Registered Architect (RA) in NY, NJ and CT. He is also a Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design - Accredited Professional (LEED AP) and proud member of The American Institute of Architects (AIA), The National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), and The Passive House Alliance (PHAUS).
Michael has managed projects throughout all phases and has worked with varied clientele from large Institutions, Universities and Public Agencies such as The NYC Department of Design & Construction (DDC), The NYC Fire Department (FDNY), The State University Construction Fund (SUCF), Cornell University (CCF), New York Public Library (NYPL), Queens Library (QL), to private developers SH Hotels & Resorts, Starwood Capital Group, as well as individual building owners.
